Refund& Return Policy
We offers a quicker solution for order issue and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
Except for the important interpretation, we will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
Defective / Damaged Products
Due to a one-month shipping time, we offer a 45-day inspection period for our goods. If any of the items are defective, they can be returned without conditions. However, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Upon receiving the goods, we will refund the full amount. Please note that it may take approximately 1.5 months from the initiation of the return process to the refund being credited to your account. The returned goods will be destroyed and no longer used.
Note: For your protection, please record the unboxing of the goods with a camera. Any defects must be proven with this video.
If it’s beyond 45 days after the first purchase, a one-time discount code will be provided for the next purchase, but no returns or exchanges will be offered for this instance.
Here are the detailed refund/return procedures:
- If you are dissatisfied upon receiving the goods, you can fill out the form using the link provided below and attach photos of the items already shipped in the last section of the form. Submit the form.
- Upon receiving the form, we will reply to you via email.
- Once the goods are returned, we will refund the payment and notify you via email.
Orders Delayed
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:
- For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 daysafter orders departed from warehouse.
- For Brazil, it is after 110 dayscounting from the date that order departed from warehouse due to the strict customs clearance at Brazil.
Notes:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Due to such conditions as national realities, phone numbers, and religious beliefs in Israel, packages will be normally delivered to self pick-up cabinets, which may lead to packages being long overdue. Therefore, it will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, We will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee that of a positive result.
Incorrect Products.
We has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Our cooperator will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
- For incorrect products, We offers a full refund or replacement.
- For products with wrong color, sizewhich doesn’t affect product function, etc., We offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot including name, content and date.
Notes: For size problem, We will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement.
Items Lost in Transit
We will not process refunds or resend orders if the tracking information confirms delivery. In case you do not receive the package, you must provide a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal. Additionally, if the tracking information shows an alert due to reasons such as incorrect address, no such number, unknown recipient, refusal, failure to pick up in time, lack of a safe delivery location, uncleared customs, or other issues, please note the following:
- The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times based on the situation. If the package remains unclaimed during this period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. You are responsible for picking up the package. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to the sender, our cooperator. We do not assume responsibility for lost products during return.
- If the cooperator offers return service to China, we will only provide a partial refund when addressing the order issue.
- We cannot offer refunds or resend orders if you fail to process undelivered orders or packages destroyed by our cooperator.
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.
Returns
If you have received faulty or damaged products , please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We accept returns for refunds the faulty or damaged products only. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 7 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us here.
Lost/ Stolen Packages
mimishopio.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, mimishopio will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Important Interpretation
Deadline of Opening Issue.
You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
Force Majeure
We takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you.

Due to limited international transportation, We will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

Unacceptable Disputes
We shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- The buyer does not like it.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Product difference was negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
